Currently:

• Using Steve Krug's model for usability testing.
• Working on an alphabetical pager for the library's A-Z list.
• Collaborating on an e-resources workflow.
• Developing a local database to support instructional assessment data collection.

At the Portland Community College Library, I am leading a usability testing project in collaboration with other PCC staff and helping to iron out issues in the new Drupal site.

Past work:

• Building modular multimedia educational assets using Camtasia, a screen capture program.

Working as a contractor for Pearson Education, I am creating narrated walk-throughs of chapter exercises (including solutions) for an information technology textbook.

• A relaunch of the Chemeketa Cooperative Regional Library Service's Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC)

For CCRLS, an Innovative Interfaces sample set for the Millennium ILS was adjusted and included changes recommended through a user usability and content survey. A revamped Spanish-language version of the OPAC as well as a new Russian-language version were also implemented. The look and feel of the OPAC has since changed.
